Brown fans in VSV should be happy to know that he has signed a 2 year
contract with VSV. Marc will do his best to continue VSV's winning
ways starting next season.

Pasut VSV Eagles are
the Champions!
April 2, 2006. Marc and his VSV teammates are the Champions of the
Austrian First Bank Hockey League. Danny Bousquet's overtime goal
at the 17 minute mark was the winning score in today's 3-2 victory.
VSV wins the final series 4-2. VSV last won the championship in 2002.
Salzburg was the favorite to win the title mainly because they are
rumored to have 3 times the budget of VSV. Watch video highlights

here. Marc finished the season
and playoffs with a total of 20 goals (5 power play goals and 2 short
handed goals) and 15 assists in 37 games played.

Marc has 2 assists in
today's victory
March 30, 2006. Marc has 2 assists in today's 6-2 victory over
Salzburg. One of the assists was on Bousquet's winning goal which
was a perfect pass from Marc to the open side of the net. VSV now
take a 3-2 series lead back home to Villach on Sunday. Just one
more victory and the championship is VSV's!

VSV looses a close one
March 28, 2006. VSV lost 4-3 today against Salzburg. Despite
taking a 3-2 lead into the 3rd period, it wasn't enough as Salzburg
scored twice in the final period for the win. Next game Thursday
in Salzburg with the series all tied up at 2-2. Best of 3
now with Salzburg having home ice advantage. Watch video highlights of

VSV runs into a hot goalie today
March 26, 2006. VSV lost 3-0 today against Salzburg. Arturs
Irbe performed flawlessly in the shutout victory. Next game

goals in today's Victory
March 21, 2006. Marc scores twice on ex-NHL goalie,
Arturs Irbe, in today's 3-2 victory
over Salzburg in game one of the championship final series. This
win now gives VSV home ice advantage with the next game being played
Thursday in Villach.

March 19, 2006. Today's 6-4 victory over HC Innsbruck concludes the
best of 7 semi-final series in favour of VSV, 4 games to 3. On to
the finals against Salzburg on Tuesday.

March 14, 2006. Marc scores one goal and one assist in
today's 3-2 overtime loss versus HC Innsbruck. VSV has a 3 to 2
series lead and just need 1 Victory to join Salzburg in the league

Marc has
1 Assist in the Regular Season Finale
March 3, 2006. Marc has 1 Assist in the 5-3 loss to the
Graz 99ers in the final game of the regular season. Watch the
video of Marc's assist
here. This was a
"mean nothing game" as VSV had already secured 2nd position in the league standings
and could not catch Salzburg for top spot. They now
play HC Innsbruck in the best of 7 semi-final for the league
championship starting this Sunday, March 5th, in VSV's home rink.
Marc finished the regular season with 24 games played, 13 goals, 8
assists, and scored 3 for 6 in shoot out attempts. Lets all wish
the best of luck to Marc and VSV for the playoffs. The team will have
a tough battle considering they are missing for the entire playoffs, Daniel Gauthier
(their top
point scorer), who broke his foot
recently against Salzburg.

loose 6 to 5 in an overtime shoot out. Marc also scored in the
shoot out but this doesn't count in the goal totals. Marc now has
5 goals and 2 assists in 4 games.

December 20, 2005. Marc scored another goal for a total
of three goals in three games with EC Pasut VSV. Unfortunately, it
wasn't enough as the team fell 3 to 2 against the Innsbruck Sharks.

home debut successful with EC Pasut VSV
December 18, 2005. Marc scores 2 goals and 1 assist in
a 3 to 1 victory over the Graz 99ers.

the subsequent "cheap shot" by Sean Selmser on Marc which fortunately
didn't injure Marc. Selmser was later suspended for 4 games for
his action. For some unknown reason as of yet, the league hasn't
accurately recorded 1 goal and 1 assist from this game for Marc?

As of December 12, 2005, Marc has
signed a contract to play for Pasut VSV of the Austrian Elite Hockey
League for the remainder of this season. An English version of the
